Music Composer Wajid Khan Dies At 42 in Mumbai Hospital

In this lockdown, the bad news is constantly coming from Bollywood, yet we were not even overcome with the sadness of Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan and another bad news is coming that well-known composer-singer Wajid Khan passed away on Monday. The singer died at the age of only 42 and we all know duo of Sajid-Wajid have composed many Bollywood hits music. Both Sajid Khan and Wajid khan is the son of Sharafat Ali Khan, a tabla player.
According to media reports, Wajid Khan was suffering from kidney disease and he was taken to the hospital when his condition deteriorated.

Sajid-Wajid started his career in 1998 with the Salman Khan starrer ‘Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya’. This duo gave music for one hit film after another.  This includes films like Chori Chori, Hello Brother, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Partner, Wanted, Dabangg. This duo recently composed ‘Bhai-Bhai’ song for Salman Khan. Wajid Khan also sang for the film Partner in 2008. This duo also scored IPL 4 theme song, Dhoom Dhoom Dhoom Dhaka, which was sung by Wajid. They are mentors on the reality shows Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Singing Superstar, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2012 and composed title track for television reality shows Bigg Boss 4 & 6.
